What kinds of items are available?

This website lists lip color, eye makeup, face makeup, skin-care accessories, facial and body tools, and beauty sets, with current options and details shown on each product page.

When will an order ship and arrive?

Preparation is normally about 1–2 business days, and carrier transit is estimated at about 2–4 business days after shipment. Neither estimate is guaranteed. Free delivery applies only if checkout confirms it.

What if I selected the wrong item or changed my mind?

Ask for a mail return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must still be new, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by its packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Is a fee deducted?

No restocking fee is charged. A free return label is supplied inside the package. After approval, a refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

How are damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect goods handled?

Contact us with the order number, checkout email, issue description, and photos or video of the product and packaging. Obtain authorization before sending a parcel.

How can I pay?

The genuine payment choices are the methods visible at checkout. If a method is not offered there, it is not accepted for that transaction.
