Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are available for defective merchandise as well as non-defective merchandise. This includes damage, defects, an incorrect shipment, missing parts, a material mismatch with the description, a mistaken choice, a preference change, or simply changing one’s mind.

Start a request

Contact us no later than 30 days from the delivery date. State the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. Photos or video of the product and packaging are required when reporting damage, defects, missing contents, or an incorrect shipment.

Condition and return procedure

Eligible merchandise must be new and unused, in its original state, with its original box or packaging, tags, and included accessories. Approved returns are sent by mail. The parcel contains a return label, that label is free, and there is no restocking fee. An unauthorized parcel must not be sent.

Resolution

An exchange is subject to stock availability. When a refund is approved, we send it back to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer can take additional time to display the credit.
