Shipping Policy

Orders for lip color, eye makeup, face makeup, skin-care accessories, facial and body tools, and beauty sets can be sent wherever the checkout process confirms service. Some destinations or products may be unavailable because of carrier or legal restrictions.

Before dispatch

We generally need 1–2 business days to prepare an order. The customer is responsible for entering a complete address, working email, and accurate phone number. Shipping cost and any free-delivery eligibility are finalized at checkout.

After dispatch

Carrier travel commonly takes an estimated 2–4 business days, although the estimate is not a promise. Tracking is provided when available. Holidays, severe weather, unusually high volume, customs, and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

For loss, prolonged delay, a delivery scan without receipt, or a parcel arriving damaged, send us the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, description, and supporting images when relevant. We will examine the information and available carrier options.
